Graphics File Submission

• The following file formats are acceptable for submission of graphics: JPG, PNG, and TIF.


• Photographic images and illustrations should be submitted at 300 dpi resolution 1,500 pixels wide.


• To submit graphics files for consideration via e-mail, send a message with attachments to one of the Association Editors or to the Managing Editor. The e-mail also should contain your name and telephone number.


• If you are submitting a graphic, diagram, table, illustration, or photograph that has been published previously, include a letter of permission from the original copyright holder.


• To submit digital files via surface mail, please send a DVD, CD or USB drive to one of the Association Editors or to the Managing Editor.
